- Led worship ministry from traditional “piano-organ-led” blended worship to “praise-band-led” contemporary/blended style (varied style in multiple services)
- Created, implemented, and managed musical support from 2 Sunday morning worship hours to one Saturday, four Sunday mornings, and one Sunday evening services
- Increased choir membership from 40 to 110 members
- Developed small group ministries for the Praise Choir
- Created and equipped multiple “Praise-singer” teams (They rotated leading scheduled worship times)
- Created and equipped choir-led leadership team for outreach and internal ministry
- Designed, wrote, and managed numerous seasonal presentations geared toward reaching out within the community
